Mark joined ICI from school then completed a Mechanical Engineering degree at Imperial College in London before rejoining ICI in 1980 working for Film Businesses in Scotland and Brasil until 1988. In 1991 he joined the Melinar PET Resins business at Wilton as Senior Engineer, subsequently managing the UK PTA & PX Operations and the ICI / DuPont Melinar Resins operations at Fayetteville, NC, USA.

After graduating with a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Seoul National University in south Korea, David joined Hyundai Petrochemical Company which was merged into Lottechemical in 2005 as a process and project engineer in 1990.

Stephen Trillo
HR OD Director
Stephen joined ICI as an Electrical apprentice in 1976. After completing a four year engineering apprenticeship he joined the ICI Olefines business, Engineering Group as an area Electrician before moving in 1988 into the ICI Training centre as a Training Instructor then progressing into the role of Training Officer with ICI in 1990. During this time he completed a diploma in HR & Training at the University of Teesside.
Malcolm Horne
Manufacturing Director
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Physics from The University of Durham, Malcolm joined ICI as a Control/Electrical Engineer in 1991. He spent 3 years in ICI Engineering Department before joining the Polyester Production Area at Wilton as a Control Engineer in 1994.
Steve Scott
HSE Director
Born and educated in Northumberland, Stephen started his career with the Central Electricity Generating Board in 1970 where he began in Control and Electrical Engineering, he eventually joined ICI in 1979 where he worked on the Ethylene Oxide Plant at Wilton.
